Blasting And Painting
Steel grit blasting is done in a heated 26' by 50' building which meets EPA and OSHA requirements. Our building has a 2 ton overhead crane, automatic recycling system for the abrasive and a Torit dust collector. Standard finishes are SSPC-6 and SSPC-10. Glass bead blasting is also available.
Priming and finish painting are also available in a 24' by 50' building which is climate controlled with an air make-up unit. This permits usage of spray-applied high-performance coating materials.

Our standard finishes are two-part epoxy primers and two-part polyurethane marine paints. Our painting facility also complies with EPA and OSHA requirements.
